Our double bevel hammered Kiritsuke is a fantastic all round knife. Its rockered blade giving it the edge for slicing and chopping vegetables and meat alike.
The hammered texture at the top of the blade gives an amazing dark finish which blends beautifully into the 67 layer Damascus steel.
